Welcome to Mohoh. By accessing or using Mohoh.com (the “Site”) and its tools, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the tools

Mohoh provides free, browser-based tools for entertainment and everyday convenience — including decision makers, randomizers, generators and timers. You may use them for personal and lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

2. For entertainment and convenience

Mohoh’s tools are provided for fun and general convenience. The randomizers (coin flip, dice, wheel, number generator and similar) use your browser’s pseudo-random number generator. While this is designed to be fair and unbiased for everyday use, our tools are not intended for, and must not be relied upon for, any purpose that legally requires certified, audited or regulated randomness — such as official lotteries, gambling, legal proceedings, or security-critical applications.

3. No professional advice

Nothing on Mohoh constitutes professional, legal, financial, medical or other advice. Decision-making tools and guides are for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Always use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

4. Passwords and generated content

The password generator and other generators run entirely in your browser and do not transmit or store what they create. You are solely responsible for how you store and use any password, name, username or other content you generate. We do not guarantee that generated usernames, business names or similar are available, unique or free from third-party rights — please verify before relying on them.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, code, graphics, text and the “Mohoh” name are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the tools and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit the Site’s content or code without our permission. Colors, numbers and results you generate are yours to use freely.

6. Third-party content and ads

The Site displays advertising and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of any third party, including advertisers. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free or that results will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mohoh and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or tools — including decisions made or actions taken based on any result.

9. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts located in Türkiye, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
